Kunal Prakash Khemnar, born on 15 October 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree. Currently, he serves as the Joint Chief Executive Officer at Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) since 17 February 2025. Previously, he held the position of Commissioner Sugar. Khemnar is proficient in English and Marathi. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Maharashtra.
