Kunal Kumar, born on 25 March 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.E. from IIT Roorkee and a postgraduate degree from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he serves as the Special Roll Observer at Devipatan, Basti, Ayodhya & Varanasi divisions, Uttar Pradesh since December 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner Secretary, District Collector, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, CEO, Assistant Collector, and Joint Secretary.
