Kunal Biswas, born on February 10, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. Currently serving in the Human Resources Department, he holds the position of Special Excise Commissioner since March 17, 2025. Throughout his ongoing service, Biswas has been a part of the administrative framework of West Bengal, contributing to the state's governance under the IAS.
