Kunal, born on 22 December 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi, a position he has held since 31 March 2022. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Commissioner & Secretary, Secretary, Member, Additional Commissioner, Special Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Kunal is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
