Kumud Sahay, born on December 12, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Jharkhand cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, she serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Palamu Division, Medininagar, Jharkhand, a position she has held since February 11, 2026.
