Kumar Vineet, born on December 7, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served as Managing Director in his career. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Sports and Youth Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since October 28, 2025. Kumar Vineet continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
