Kumar Saurabh Raj, born on 25 December 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Botany and an M.Sc. in Biology from Allahabad University. Currently, he serves as Director at the Ministry of Civil Aviation in New Delhi since 10 February 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Commissioner (UT), Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner - District Magistrate, Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Secretary, and SDO-SDM. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
