Kumar Ravikant Singh, born on October 1, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and LL.B degree. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Military Affairs, New Delhi, since August 6, 2024. His past roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, Joint Development Commissioner, and various positions as Personal Secretary to the Minister of State. He was recognized for leading "The Most People Carrying Banner" initiative with 3,793 participants during the SVEEP in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2017.
