Kumar Ravi, born on June 12, 1979, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Bihar in the Chief Minister Secretariat since August 11, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including District Collector and Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Kumar Ravi continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
