Kumar Rahul, born on January 5, 1973, is a 2000 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate degree and an M.A. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare since August 4, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Administrative Secretary, Secretary, General Manager, Director General, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, and Managing Director. Fluent in English and Hindi, Kumar Rahul continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
