Kumar Pal Gautam, born on 20 April 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.A. from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Jaipur in the Finance Department since 1 February 2025. His past roles include Commissioner, Project Director, District Collector, Joint Secretary to Government, Officer on Special Duty, and Sub-Divisional Officer. He has received several awards, including the e-Gov Rajasthan Award (2016-17), Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Award, and State Merit Award. He is proficient in Hindi.
