Additional Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department
Kumar Kamlesh, born on 15 June 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Sociology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, District Magistrate, Inspector General, Special Secretary, District Collector, Chief Development Officer, Joint Secretary, Under Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Director. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2021.
