Kumar Harsh, born on March 8, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Sultanpur, a position he assumed on January 17, 2025. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Secretary. Kumar Harsh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
