Kumar Abhishek, born on January 13, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from the University of Delhi, an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and an M.A. in Economics from IGNOU, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at J&K, Reasi, since February 23, 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, OSD, Assistant Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional Collector. He is presently in service.
