Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, Haryana, a position he has held since May 20, 2022. Previously, he worked as an Inquiry Officer. Mr. Kalson continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative functions of the Haryana government.
