Kulwant Kumar Kalson, born on April 2, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, Haryana, a position he has held since May 20, 2022. Mr. Kalson continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana state.
