Kuldip Seth, born on October 23, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Vice Chairperson, and Officer on Special Duty to a Minister. His most recent position was District Magistrate, held from February 16, 2004, to October 31, 2006. Throughout his career, Seth contributed to administrative functions within the Uttar Pradesh cadre until his retirement.
