Kuldip Narayan, born on September 8, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Nominee Official Director at New Delhi in the Department of Finance, Ministry of Finance, since September 8, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Joint Secretary, Private Secretary to Minister of State, Director, Project Director, District Magistrate, Adviser, Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner & Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Deputy Commissioner, Sub Divisional Officer, and Assistant Collector.
