Kuldip Narayan, born on September 8, 1980, is an IAS officer from the 2005 batch of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and is currently serving as an Adviser at NITI Aayog in New Delhi since July 24, 2026. Throughout his career, Narayan has held various significant positions, including Nominee Official Director, Joint Secretary, Private Secretary to Minister of State, Director, Project Director, District Magistrate, Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner & Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Deputy Commissioner, Sub Divisional Officer, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
