Kuldip Chand Kapoor, born on December 10, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, Kapoor served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department of Gujarat from October 5 to December 31, 2006. Kapoor’s extensive service in the Gujarat administration reflects a diverse and comprehensive administrative experience.
