Kuldip Chand Kapoor, born on December 10, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, Kapoor held numerous positions including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Chairman, Director General, and Principal Secretary. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department of Gujarat, serving from October 5, 2006, to December 31, 2006. Kapoor’s extensive service in various administrative capacities reflects his long-standing commitment to public administration in Gujarat.
