Kuldeep Ranka, born on January 5, 1972, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at Jaipur in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department since January 12, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Managing Director, Secretary to Government, Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, among others. He has been recognized with awards such as the Certificate of Excellence as District Collector, Jaipur, the Award for Excellence in Implementation of Schemes under MGNREGA (2008-2009), and the President’s Silver
