Arya has served as Chief Executive Officer, District Development Officer, and Deputy Secretary to Government. Since 23 December 2025, he has been serving as Secretary in the Industries and Mines Department of Gujarat, overseeing Tourism, Devasthanam Management, Civil Aviation, and Pilgrimage. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
