Kuldeep Arya, born on 20 July 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Gujarat cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology from IARI New Delhi, an M.A. in Applied Economics from Sardar Patel University, and an M.A. in Economics from Anand University. Arya has served as Chief Executive Officer, District Development Officer, and Deputy Secretary to Government. Since 23 December 2025, he is Secretary at Gujarat in the Industries and Mines Department, overseeing Tourism, Devasthanam Management, Civil Aviation, and Pilgrimage. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. Arya is currently in service.
