Kulbir Singh Kang, born on 17 December 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Punjab cadre. Over his career, he held several key positions including Deputy Commissioner, Additional Chief Administrator, Special Secretary, Member, Commissioner, and ultimately served as Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation from 28 July 2006 to 31 December 2006.
