Kulbir Singh Kang, born on 17 December 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Punjab cadre. Over his career, he held several key positions including Commissioner, Member, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Additional Chief Administrator. His most recent role was Commissioner in the Municipal Corporation from 28 July 2006 to 31 December 2006. Throughout his service, Kang contributed to various administrative functions within the Punjab cadre before retiring from the IAS.
