Kulange Vijay Amruta, born on December 9, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Sociology from Pune University. Currently, he is the Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services in Cuttack, Odisha, a position he has held since September 14, 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner, Project Director, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in Marathi and Odia languages. Mr. Kulange continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within Odisha.
