Kuhuk Bhushan, born on 24 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds an M.A. in Public Management. Currently, she serves as the District Magistrate of Kalimpong, West Bengal, a position she has held since 27 October 2025. Throughout her career, Kuhuk Bhushan has held various roles including Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary, and Special Secretary. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
