Kritika Kulhari, born on August 30, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Economics from BITS Pilani and an M.Sc. in Tech and Finance. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Jal Shakti, New Delhi, since November 14, 2024. Her previous roles include Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. She is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
