Kritika Jyotsna, born on March 20, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics from Delhi University and Miranda House. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Joint Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, and Assistant Secretary. Currently, she is the District Magistrate at Basti, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since October 28, 2025. Kritika is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
