Krishna Swaroop Vatsa, born on November 9, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in International Business, a postgraduate diploma in Journalism, and a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, District Supply Officer, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Coordinator at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in New York City. Mr. Vatsa has contributed to public administration both in India and internationally before retiring from service.
