Krishna Nand Malik, born on 21 May 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Development Commissioner and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Rural Development Department at Patna, Bihar, from 28 June 2006 to 31 May 2008.
