Krishna Mohan Uppu, born on December 10, 1981, is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, Vishakapatnam. Currently serving as the Development Commissioner cum Secretary to Government at Puducherry since June 30, 2025, he is part of the Finance Department.
