Krishna Kumar Gupta, born on 15 August 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. from the University of Allahabad in Sanskrit. Currently, he is the Special Secretary at the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 18 September 2022 in Lucknow. Previously, he served as Joint Election Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
