Krishna Kumar Dwivedi, an IAS officer of the 1996 batch from the Assam Meghalaya cadre, was born on 14/10/1969. He holds an M.A. and Ph.D. from Allahabad University. Currently serving as the Principal Secretary at Hon'ble CM Assam and the Power (E) Department, he is proficient in English and Hindi.
