Krishna Kumar, born on June 3, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, he serves as the Director at the Museum, Art Culture and Youth Department, Bihar, a position he assumed on August 2, 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of Joint Secretary. Krishna Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
