Krishna Karunesh, born on November 29, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in Geography from Vinoba Bhave University, an LL.B. from V.B. University, and an M.A. in Public Policy from IGNO University, New Delhi. His career includes roles such as Chief Development Officer, Vice Chairman, District Collector and Magistrate, and Joint Magistrate. Since June 28, 2025, he serves as the Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) at Noida. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
