Krishna Gupta, born on June 22, 1966, is a male IAS officer from the 1991 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Co-operation Department since March 7, 2026. Fluent in English and Hindi, Krishna Gupta continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
