Krishna Bihari Prasad Sinha, born on 15 July 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Jharkhand cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Excise Department at Ranchi, Jharkhand, from 2 September 2005 to 31 July 2006. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Jharkhand state before retiring from service.
