Krishan Kumar, an IAS officer of the 1997 batch from the Punjab cadre, was born on 25/02/1969. He holds a B.E. from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak and an M.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he currently serves as the Principal Secretary at the Water Resources Department.
