Kpsinghal, born on January 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Rajasthan cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from September 30, 2000, to December 31, 2001. Throughout his career, Kpsinghal contributed to the administration of Rajasthan until his retirement.
