Kothamasu Dinesh Kumar, born on 14 May 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Collector of Polavaram District since 23 March 2026. Prior to this role, he has held the position of Director. He continues to serve in the IAS.
