Koppula Raju, born on June 10, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Zoology, a postgraduate degree in Zoology, and an M.Phil. in Environmental Policy and Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Project Director, Project Coordinator, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Special Officer, Joint Collector, and Sub Collector. His most recent position was Additional Secretary from July 4, 2013, to August 12, 2013.
