Kollaras S Sugathan, born on 26 December 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Controller, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Director, Secretary to Governor, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Principal Resident Commissioner. His most recent position was Chairman of the State Warehousing Corporation, Gujarat, from 5 December 2006 to 31 December 2006.
