Kishore Kumar Singh, born on 20 August 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He served as Rehabilitation Commissioner at Madhya Pradesh’s Relief and Rehabilitation Department from 9 June 2015. His educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Business Administration, an LL.B. in Law, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he held various key positions such as Principal Secretary, Secretary to Governor, Commissioner, Managing Director, Controller, District Collector, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles within the Madhya Pradesh government.
