Kishore Chandra Mishra, born on January 21, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre batch. A graduate by education, he served in the Sugar Industry and Cane Development Department. His most recent position was Cane Commissioner, a role he held from March 27, 2003, to January 31, 2004. Throughout his career, he contributed to the department in various capacities, including his tenure as Cane Commissioner.
