Kishore B, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Andhra Pradesh cadre, was born on November 25, 1958. He holds a postgraduate degree in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, a Ph.D. in Law from Acharya Nagarjuna University, and a Ph.D. in Management from Sri Krishna Devaraya University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Project Director, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Secretary to Vigilance Commissioner. He received multiple awards from the Indian Red Cross Society for his contributions to membership enrollment and fundraising during 2002-08. Kishore B is now retired.
