Deputy Secretary
Kishan Mohan Lal, born on December 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities during his career, including as District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary, held from January 1, 2001, to January 31, 2002. Throughout his service, he contributed to the administration of Bihar state.
