Kirthi C, born on 24 May 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech in Metallurgy from IIT Madras. Currently, she serves as the Collector of East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, a position she has held since 11 September 2025. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Joint Managing Director. Kirthi C continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
