Kirodi Lal Meena, born on October 1, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds two M.Tech. degrees in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he is the Collector at Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, a position he has held since September 30, 2025. Prior to this, Meena has served as Assistant Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Additional Commissioner. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
