Kirandeep Singh Bhullar, born on 20 September 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Punjab cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Labour Commissioner at Punjab, held from 31 May 2012 to 30 September 2013. Throughout his career, Bhullar contributed to the administrative framework of Punjab before retiring from service.
