Kiran Soni Gupta, born on 22 June 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.A. Honors in English, an LL.B. in Law, and a Ph.D. in Sociology. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Textile Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Development Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Managing Director. Her most recent position was Additional Secretary & F A at Rajasthan from 13 October 2015 to 12 October 2019. She was also associated with the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports.
