Kiran Kumari Pasi, born on 26 January 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Jharkhand cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Burdwan University and an M.Sc. in Ecology from Sikkim Mahipal University. Currently, she serves as the CEO of the Tejaswini Project in Jharkhand since 16 June 2025. Her previous roles include Director and District Magistrate. Kiran secured the first position in merit during her service. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
