Kinjal Singh, born on January 5, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A., LL.B, and a degree in Philosophy. Currently, she is the Transport Commissioner at Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since September 16, 2025. Her previous roles include Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Director General. Fluent in English and Hindi, Kinjal Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
