Killu Siva Kumar Naidu, born on 29 February 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Currently, he is the Commissioner, a position he has held since 12 June 2025. His previous roles include Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Telugu. Mr. Naidu continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
